We process orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are shipped insured. For high-value items, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Once an order has been shipped and delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Cano Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
