Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, resizing, stone replacement, damage, or any alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping
Customer are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Special orders
- Resized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original piece (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return within 14 days. Items must remain unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times from banks may vary.
